I created a multi-curricular unit as an artist in residence in Cleveland schools, that taught African American history, dance, Harlem Renaissance poetry and music to kindergarden-fifth graders. We brought a travelling library, made a home-made orchestra and performed for the community.
This was a webquest for elementary school that I created. I differentiated for readers and students who had trouble reading.

This was a cross-curricular unit on oviparous animals that I created for my 50 first and second graders. The unit’s culminating activity is hatching chicken eggs.
